Reveal the undiscovered innovation capacity within your organisation
Often a lot of knowledge is available in your organization. Due to limited time, this knowledge and experience is often just used for operational aspects. By taking people out of their daily routine, it is possible to tap into this as yet undiscovered source of creativity.

[+] “Pezy’s input was an excellent support to convert a wonderful design into a very well producable product”

Ahrend was very pleased with Pezy’s contribution to the development of Ahrend's 315-table. The table, designed by Bert van der Aa, is recognizable by its round contours and specific leg design. Pezy’s input was key, we engineered the table and assisted Ahrend in starting-up production.

The design table was introduced at several home fashion fairs. Some practical features are the flexibility to put the legs in different positions and the ability to feed wiring through the table-legs up to the tabletop.

[+] Pezy Product Innovation and CE Masters together offer more

Pezy and CE Masters offer their customers full benefit by combining each others competences and know-how. Recently, the first joint successes have been achieved in projects for SKF. We are able to attract even larger product development projects and we invite customers to explore newly offered opportunities and capabilities.

[+] Pezy continues building its competences

Investments in Testing & Verification hardware and staff
In Pezy’s vision, it’s important to follow through on the development process by ensuring that products meet expectations. Pezy has expanded its knowledge and expertise by investing in testing & verification hardware (like a pull-bench, a climate control and a 3D measuring machine) and by atrracting staff specialized in this field.

Pezy is now able to complete the learning cycle on product development on both part and (sub)assy levels and has with that improved its capacity for product development and for managing the industrialization process. Implementation of Teamcenter PDM Software as one of the first SME's in The Netherlands
Most large OEM’s using Unigraphics CAD software also use TeamCenter as PDM software for materials and logistics handling. Pezy has implemented the first-rate Teamcenter PDM software as one of the first SME’s in The Netherlands.

Using the software enables our clients to bring their newly developed products to production without introducing additional risks with respect to quantity, status updates and version control of files and drawings. [+] Rehabilitating playing device for children

Can Pezy help Rijnland Rehabilitation Centre in Leiden (The Netherlands) with the design of a playing device for disabled children? That question, received in October 2008, fitted perfectly in Pezy's ambition to support charity initiatives and apply our abilities in product design and development. In close cooperation with the Rehabilitation Centre of the Rijnland Hospital, Pezy assisted in engineering and constructing the first aluminium prototype.

The final design is a compact and mobile playing device suited to the specific rehabilitation needs of these children. The photograph with the smiling boy shows the success of the project... and gives us a great feeling as well! It was delivered in February 2009.
